Cancellation and Return Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Including all accessories, manuals, and tags

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately — these are always eligible for review for return, replacement, or refund.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
    Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid return label (or suitable return method).
  • For all other returns:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No hidden fees or restocking fees will be charged unless clearly communicated beforehand.

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, if eligible, a return label or return guidelines.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Standard processing time is 7-10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item)

If a refund seems delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or variation (where applicable)
  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged products

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to go through the standard return process once delivered.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging (if possible).
  3. We will review and offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

These cases are treated as priority and will not incur return shipping costs for you.


9. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  2. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
  3. If the package cannot be located after investigation, we will discuss a suitable resolution such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
